摘要 以某型掘进机为研究对象,建立其刚-柔耦合虚拟样机,模拟多种工况下截割头受到的瞬时载荷,对掘进机进行动力学仿真。结果表明:掘进机横摆截割过程中,当截割头起始位置不同时,其关键零/部件的应力及变形亦不同;该型掘进机由左到右截割工作面顶部时,回转台承受较大的动应力,导致其纵向变形较大,振动较为剧烈,影响掘进机工作的稳定性;依据仿真结果优化后的回转台,其应力特性及疲劳寿命均能满足使用要求。 The rigid-flex coupled model of a certain type roadheader was established based on a co-simulation virtual prototype frame, the simulation programme in different conditions of cutting pick momentary load was worked out, the analysis of prototype simulation showed that the stress and deformation of the key components were different when the cutting head in a different start- ing position, the greatest dynamic stress of the rotary table led to its longitudinal deformation, the intense vibration of the rotary ta- ble impacted the stability of operating mechanism, the rotary table was optimized according to the simulation results, the stress characteristics and the fatigue life of the rotary table can meet the application requirements.
