摘要
针对某厢式半挂车焊装生产线存在的生产效率不高、劳动负荷不均的问题,运用工作研究中的时间研究和程序分析法,发现并分析问题所在,提出对应的优化方案,并运用Witness软件对生产线优化前、后的生产物流进行仿真,评价优化效果。研究结果表明:采用优化方案后,生产线所需员工数减少,在制品数量、物流阻塞率和劳动负荷不均衡现象均有明显改善。说明生产线平衡是制造企业底层生产流程设计中必须注重的问题,工作研究的相关研究方法在生产线的优化配置中可以发挥重要作用。
In order to solve the problems of a low production efficiency and a inequality labor loading in a van trailer welding pro-duction line, time study and process analysis method were used to analysis problems, and the corresponding optimization scheme was put forward. Witness, the simultaneous software, was used to simulate the production line to evaluate the optimization effect. The results show that, the number of employees is reduced, the situation of the number of produts in building, the plugging rate and the inequal labor loading are improved after the using of optimization scheme. It proved that production line balance should be pay more attention in the underling production produces design. And the work study method can play important role in the optimal of the production line.
