摘要
介绍了应用机器视觉技术开发的封印产品字符编码检测系统,采用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW完成系统的软件开发,实现了封印产品字符编码的自动识别及顺序检验,取代以往的人工目检。提出了一种基于ROI智能调整及多模板匹配的字符识别方法,有效提高了封印产品字符编码检测的成功率。实践证明该系统在检测精度、效率和稳定性上满足大批量生产的要求。
A system for inspecting seal character encoding based on machine vision technology is introduced. The software of in-spection system is developed with LabVIEW, a kind of virture instrument development bench. The automatic identification and se-quence test for seal character encoding can be made by the inspection system, which can be used to replace the traditional manual visual inspection. Presents a Optical Character Recognition (OCR) method based on Region of Interest (ROI) intelligent adjusting and multi template matching,b~ which the success rate of inspection on seal character encoding can be improved. The practical ap- plication proves that the inspection system can meet the requirement of mass production in accuracy, efficiency and stability.
