摘要 从悬铃木科悬铃木属植物二球悬铃木(Platanus acerifolia Wild.)的树皮中分离鉴定了7种成分:白桦脂酸(1),20-羰基白桦酸(2),β-谷甾醇(3),3-O-乙酰基白桦酯醛(4),3-O-乙酰基齐墩果酸(5),4',5,7-三羟基-8-异戊烯基黄酮(6),悬铃木乙酮(7)。其中,化合物6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物7为新天然产物。 Seven compounds were isolated from the bark of Platanus acerifolia Wild., and identified as betulinic acid(1), platanic acid(2), β-sistosterol(3), 3-O-acetylbetulin aldehyde(4), 3-O-acetyl oleanolic acid(5), 4', 5, 7- trihydroxy-8-prenylflavone(6) and platanone B(7). Compound 6 was isolated from this genus for the first time; compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time; and compound 7 was a novel natural product.
