摘要
利用超高效液相色谱同时测定藿香正气水中7种有效成分的含量。采用Acquity BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液线性梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速0.4 mL/min,分别在249,284,336 nm测定7种有效成分含量,12 min内完成测试。结果显示,甘草酸、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、橙皮苷、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、苍术素等7种成分在各自线性范围呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 9),加样回收率在96.16%~103.4%之间。
An ultra-performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the simultaneous determina- tion of seven active compounds in Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid. Seven compounds were analyzed simultaneously with an Aequity BEH C18 column by gradient elution using acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The column was maintained at 35 ℃; the flow rate was 0.4 mL/min; the detection wavelengths were set at 249, 284 and 336 nm, respectively. Good linearity (r 〉 0. 999 9) in the range of the test concentration was observed between concentration and chromatographic response of each compound, and the average recoveries of the method were between 96. 16% and 103.4%.
