摘要
链节是链篦机的关键零部件之一,在周期变化的高温环境下工作,设计时对强度的要求较高。本文利用ANSYS软件建立了链节的有限元接触分析模型,对链篦机链节进行了非线性静强度接触分析,得到了链节的位移和应力分布情况,为链篦机结构的改进设计提供了力学参考依据。
The chain link is one of the key parts of traveling grate,and in the design there is a high requirement for its strength under high temperature working environment with periodic variation. The finite element contact analysis model of the chain link is established by using ANSYS software, the non-linear static strength contact analysis is analyzed for grate chain link, the displacement and stress distribution condition of the chain link were given, which provide mechanics reference basis for design of grate structure improvement.
