摘要
为了适应阿塞拜疆里海油区导管架平台的实际情况,对40DB钻机进行了改进设计。钻机的控制系统采用PLC控制技术和现代数字化通信技术,实现数控、电控、气控、通信的一体化设计,提升钻机的自动化水平。钻机主体带动绞车后台底座及猫道可沿导轨整体平移,平移距离最远达80 m。导轨的设计考虑了通用性,使得钻机可以在不同平台上实施钻井作业。井架采用节省空间的自升起升方式,猫道可实现提升钻杆的功能,钻机主体、钻井泵组、固控系统和发电机组等部件的安装位置受力分布要满足平台桩腿承载力的要求。现场应用结果表明,改进设计的40DB钻机各系统运行稳定,达到预期的设计目标。
The design of the 40DB drilling rig was improved in order to suit the practical condition of the jacket platform in the Caspian Sea oil region in Azerbaijan. The control system of the rig adopts PLC control technology and digitalized communication technology, achieving the integrated design of numerical control, electric control, gas control and communication and improving the automatic level of the rig. The main body of the rig moves the back- ground base of the winch and the catwalk to conduct an overall translation along the guide rail. The maximum dis- tance of translation is 80 m. The design of the guide rail takes universality into consideration, ensuring that the rig can operate on different platforms. The derrick adopts the space-saving method of automatic lift. The catwalk can a- chieve the function of lifting the drillpipe. The force distribution on the installment position of the component parts, including rig body, drilling pump set, solid control system and generator unit, should satisfy the requirement of the bearing capacity of the platform leg. The field application shows that the operating systems of the improved 40DB drilling rig run steadily, reaching the expected target of design.
