摘要 在深抽采油工艺中,液位下降和地应力的交互作用是引起套管损坏的主要因素。基于VB/Access开发了针对塔河油田六、七区套管损坏预测的一套应用软件。该软件将套管损坏与开采参数相联系,通过控制开采参数避免套损的发生。由于抽油机冲程、冲次等参数影响着液位高度,所以可计算套管开始损坏和井壁开始剥落的临界液位,由此临界液位来调节采油参数。通过比较套管损坏的理论位置与实际位置,由具体的油井结构验证套损的影响因素,再由已知油井数据对软件进行校正,最后结合实际情况,对不同工况下在役套管的工作状态进行预测和分析。 Liquid level decrease and ground stress interaction are the main factors which head to casing damage in oil pumping in deep wells. A set of software was developed with regard to tile easing damage in Liuqi Zone of Tahe Oilfield on the basis of VB/Access. The software eonneets casing damage with produetion parameters to pre- vent casing damage from taking place by controlling production parameters. Due to the fact that the parameters sueh as the stroke and pumping speed of pumping unit affect the height of liquid level, the critical liquid level of initial casing damage and well wall flaking can be calculated. Then, the critical liquid level is used to regulate oil produc- tion parameters. The influencing factors of casing damage are verified comparing the theoretical and practical posi- lions of casing damage and referring to the specifie oil well structure. Then, the software is verified aeeording to the given oil well data. Finally, the prediction and analysis of the operating state of easing in service under different op-erating conditions can be carried out.
