摘要 针对我国尚无适用于不同中心孔的运输滚筒的倒管器现状,以及大管径连续管反张力大,使用倒管器不易将其排整齐的现状,研制了新型连续管倒管器。该倒管器由底座、连接机构、驱动系统及排管系统组成,它采用液压马达帯直角减速器驱动,利用链轮来调节传动比,能实现大扭矩输出,可适用于2 286~2 667 mm宽的运输滚筒。现场应用结果表明,该倒管器可将连续管整齐均匀地排列在作业机滚筒或运输滚筒上,连续管无划痕或损伤,可使操作人员从过去的5人以上减少为2人,倒管时间从过去的12 h减少到现在的5 h。 There is no CT (coiled tubing) spooling stand which is suitable for transportation drums with differ- ent center holes in China. Moreover, the backward tension of large-diameter CT is so great that it is not easy for the spooling stand to align them neatly. Therefore, a new type of CT spooling stand was developed. The spooling stand consists of base, connection mechanism, driving system, and tubing alignment system. It adopts hydraulic motor and right-angle reducer to conduct driving. The sprocket is used to regulate transmission ratio. It can achieve high pulling torque output and adapt itself to the transportation drum of 2 286 - 2 667 mm. The field application shows that the spooling stand can align CT neatly and evenly on the CT unit drum or transportation drum. There is no scratch or damage with CT. The number of operators can be reduced from 5 to 2. The time for pipe-spooling has been reduced from 12 to 5 h.
