摘要 海底泵举升钻井液方式的双梯度钻井技术是一种非常规钻井方法,它依靠海底泵和1条小直径上返管线把钻井液和钻屑从海底循环到海面。海底泵举升钻井液钻井技术主要分为SMD系统、DeepVision双梯度钻井系统及SSPS双梯度钻井系统。在介绍海底泵举升钻井技术优势及风险的基础上,对双梯度钻井技术的发展现状进行了阐述。我国的双梯度钻井技术研究刚刚起步,主要是对注空心球、隔水管气举等方案的双梯度钻井原理、水力学计算及实施方案等进行研究。建议加快我国深水油气资源的勘探步伐,形成一套能指导我国深水油气开发的钻井技术体系。 Dual gradient drilling technology in the form of subsea pump mudlifi is an unconventional drilling method which depends on the subsea pump and one small-diameter return pipeline to circulate drilling fluid and cuttings from seabed to seal surface. The technology is mainly composed of SMD system, DeepVision dual gradient drilling system and SSPS dual gradient drilling system. On the basis of introducing the advantage and risk of the technology, the present situation of the development of the technology was expounded. The technology at home is still in its infancy, focusing research on dual gradient drilling principle, hydraulic calculation and implementation scheme with regard to injecting hollow ball and riser gas lift.
