宝天曼锐齿栎林土壤空间异质性的相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 对宝天曼锐齿栎林1 hm2样地的土壤空间异质性进行了分析,并利用广义线性混合模型,拟合分析了25m2小样方锐齿栎胸径之和、个体数量、平均胸径、死亡比率与土壤理化性质的相关性.结果表明,铝与钼,镁与钙都呈现极强的相关性;pH与胸径之和、平均胸径的显著相关,偏酸性环境适合锐齿栎的分布和生长;铁、镁、锰影响锐齿栎的个体数量,3种元素与光合作用密切相关,光和作用效率在群落构建中起到作用;pH、硫、铁、锰、钼这5种土壤因子的综合作用影响锐齿栎的死亡比率. The research analyses the soil spatial heterogeneity of 1 h㎡ Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata forest sample plot in Baotianman Nature Reserve, and fits the correlation by sum of DBH,individual number,average DBH,mortality ratio and the soil spatial heterogeneity with GLMM(Generalized linear mixed model). The results show that aluminum and molybdenum, magnesium and calcium have strong correlation ; pH was significantly associated with the sum of DBH and average DBH ; partial acid envi- ronment is suitable for distribution and growth of Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata; ferrum, magnesium and manganese affect the individual number of Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata, and are closely related to photosynthesis; photosynthesis efficiency plays a role in community building; five soil factors, pH, sulfur, ferrum, manganese, molybdenum, comprehensively affect the Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata death rate.
