采用纤维素对高黏度物料助过滤过程的研究

摘要 为解决高黏度胶状物过滤分离这一难题,采用添加纤维素助滤剂进行加压助过滤得到净化的浆液。重点对纤维素助滤剂结构特性、比阻、可压缩性、过滤精度、效率等进行了实测;由于助过滤的影响因素多,研究在实验室正交模拟试验基础上进行了小型工业正交试验。结果表明:纤维素形成的滤饼可压缩性系数n为0.596 2,属于中等可压缩物料;正交试验优选预敷方案为预敷纤维素量40 kg,浆液预敷速度为600 kg/h,纤维素纤维长径比为100;预敷时间缩短,过滤精度满足生产工艺要求,处理量提高。所得结果可用于指导实际过程。 In order to solve the problem of filtration and separation of the high viscosity colloid, a kind of cellulose is used as filter aid for press filtration. The structure characteristics, specific resistance, compressibility of filter cake, filtration accuracy and efficiency are the key factors to be measured. Because of more influencing factors in the filter aid, the small-scale industrial orthogonal test was carried out based on the orthogonal test in the laboratory. The results show that the compressibility coefficient n of the cellulose as filter cake is 0. 596 2, which is medium compressible material ; the optimized pre-coat scheme is that the amount of pre-coat cellulose is 40 kg, pre- coat velocity is 600 kg/h, the length-diameter ratio of cellulose fiber is 100; pre-coat time is shortened, the filtration accuracy meets the production process requirement, can be used to guide the practical process. and the throughput increases.
