摘要
目的探讨术前预防性使用肠内营养制剂对大肠癌患者术后恢复及近期生存质量的影响。方法前瞻性研究了2009年11月~2010年5月我院胃肠外科中心收治的符合条件的患者59例。将其随机分为两组,对照组31例,术前遵医嘱进普通饮食;实验组28例,术前3d在原有普通饮食的基础上预防性服用安素。术后比较两组营养状况及WHOQOL-BREF量表评分的差异。结果从术后血清营养学指标上看,两组间前白蛋白、血红蛋白的差异无显著意义(P>0.05),两组间白蛋白的差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。WHOQOL-BREF评分显示术后试验组在生理领域及四领域总计分上高于对照组,两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后营养风险评分低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论术前预防性使用肠内营养制剂可改善患者术后营养状况,提高患者术后生存质量。
Objective To study the effect of prophylactic preoperative enteral nutrition on postoperative recovery and quality of life patients with colorectal cancer. Method 59 patients were enrolled into this prospective study in gastrointestinal surgery center,of West China hospital of Sichuan university from November 2009 to May 2101. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 31 patients received normal diet before operation; The treatment group, 28 patients received not only normal diet but also ensure for enteral nutrition support before operation. Postoperative nutritional status and the WHOQOL-BREF scores were compared between two groups. Result In postoperative serum index, Prealbumin, Haemoglobin were not statistically significant between two groups(P〉0.05). While Albumin was statistically significant between two groups(P〈0.05). WHOQOL- BREF scores showed that the score of physiological field and sum of the four fields in treatment group are higher than the control group. Treatment group has a lower score than the control group on nutrition risk screening 2002 Conclusion Prophylactic preoperative enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status and the quality of life in postoperative patients.
