术前访视对择期冠状动脉介入术患者疾病不确定感的影响

Study on the felling of uncertainty for sever patients with elective coronary intervention surgery by preoperative visit

目的探讨术前访视对择期冠状动脉介入手术患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法随机抽取择期冠状动脉介入手术患者160例,分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组由病房护士给予常规术前宣教;观察组由巡回护士在术前一天进行术前访视,包括发放宣传彩页、观看手术宣教短片、现场提问互动等。比较访视前后两组患者疾病不确定感得分情况和围手术期遵医行为。结果两组患者在访视前疾病不确定感得分比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05);访视后观察组患者疾病不确定感低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),围手术期遵医行为较对照组好,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论术前访视能降低择期冠状动脉介入术患者的疾病不确定感,有利于改善围手术期遵医行为。

Objective To investigate the influence of preoperative visiting on uncertainty in illness of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Method 60 patients scheduled to receive PCI were divided into preoperative visiting group and control group. Both groups received health education from nurses, In addition, preoperative visiting from circuit nurses were provided in the experimental group before the surgery day. Including reading missionary color page, watching the surgical short film, field questions and interactions. Result No significant difference was found between the two groups on uncertainty. Conclusion Preoperative visit was helpful for reducing the uncertainty in illness for timing coronary intervention patients, and improved the compliance behavior in peri-operation period.
