摘要
对新疆某高氧化率、高含泥量、高碱性脉石含量的难选氧化铜矿进行了浮选试验研究,确定了该氧化铜矿最佳的分选条件与药剂制度。闭路试验取得品位18.28%、回收率81.09%的铜精矿,较生产现场75%的回收率有较大提高。选矿工艺流程简单易行,具有工业应用价值。
Mineral processing experiments were carried out on a refractory copper oxide ore,which has high oxidation rate, high ore slime content and high alkaline gangue content. We determine the best separation conditions and regime of agent for this copper oxide ore. The grade of copper concentrate reached 18.28% ,the recovery of copper concentrate is 81.09% which has a great increase from 75%. The process fare simple and practicable, and it has industrial application value.
