Prevention and treatment of brain disorder after resuscitation

20世纪70年代，Negovsky发现心脏停搏和心肺复苏（cardiopulmonary resuscitation，CPR）后可导致全身缺血和再灌注，并产生独有的病理生理改变。Negovsky将其命名为复苏后疾病（postresuscitation disease），即患者在心脏停搏后自主循环恢复（resumption of spontaneous circulation，ROSC）时m现的继发的、更复杂、涉及多脏器的病理阶段。
