摘要
目前我国水功能区达标评价指标主要是COD、氨氮双指标,双指标难以客观评价水功能区水环境质量是否满足设定的水体用途以及水功能区管理需求。在系统分析水功能评价指标体系的基础上,结合长江中下游干流水环境特点以及不同水功能区用途,从水量、水质、水生态3个方面,针对性地提出了不同水功能区的评价指标,为开展水功能区达标评价与考核提供技术支撑。
At present, evaluation indexes of the water function zones are mainly COD and ammonia nitrogen, which can lead to some difficulties in evaluating whether water environment quality in water function zones meets designated uses. It is far away from the demand of the water function zone management. Combining with the characteristics of water environment in the mid-lower Yangtze river, evaluation indexes including water quantity, water quality, and water ecology are given for different water functional zones. The results can provide technical support for up-to-standard evaluation for water function zones.
