药品经营与管理专业GSP模拟药房教学模式的构建及实践

Construction and Practice of GSP Simulated Pharmacy Teaching Mode for Drug Management and Administration Major

目的:为培养适应"新医改"要求的药品经营与管理专业人才提供参考。方法:根据药品经营与管理学科特点,在教学中引入药品经营管理规范(GSP)模拟药房现场教学模式。结果:该种教学模式能有效激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,也使学生对专业前景有了更深刻的认识,提高其适应社会的能力。结论:以GSP模拟药房为平台的教学能把理论知识与操作技能有机结合起来,提高学生的学习效率,是一种可以借鉴的教学模式。

OBJECTIVE： To adapt to the new medical reform requirements of the drug business and management professional practice innovation and application ability. METHODS： According to the features of operation and management subjects, the practi- cal characteristics were outstood; introducing GSP stimulated pharmacy field teaching pattern in teaching. RESULTS： The teaching method aroused students＇ learning interest and enthusiasm, and improved initiative and activeness in learning obviously. The stu- dents had a deeper understanding of their professional prospects. CONCLUSIONS： In order to combine theoretical knowledge with operational skills with the simulated pharmacy teaching platform, the students＇ learning efficiency has been improved. It provides experience for fostering pharmaceutical management talents.
