临床药师消化内科专业培训课程设置及带教经验 被引量:8

摘要 目的:为提高临床药师培训教学水平提供经验和参考。方法:总结近3年来我院临床药师消化内科专业培训的带教经验,分别从医学理论知识、临床药学知识、药学文书书写讲授和指南解读、药学查房、业务学习、作业完成等方面进行分析。结果:我院通过系统化的知识讲授和网络教学加强临床药师的知识培训,并通过药学查房、指南解读、业务学习等教学手段提高临床药师的临床技能和思维素养,从而提高了临床药师培训的教学水平和效果。结论:加强临床药学知识讲授、药学查房的系统化和规范化有利于提高临床药师培训的效果。 OBJECTIVE: To provide experience and reference for the improvement of professional training for clinical pharma- cists. METHODS : Teaching experience of clinical pharmacist training in gastroenterology department of our hospital were reviewed in nearly 3 years. The training was analyzed in respects of medical theory knowledge, clinical pharmacy knowledge, pharmacy writ- ing teaching and guide interpretation, pharmaceutical ward round, vocational study, homework and so on. RESULTS: Clinical pharmacy knowledge training could be strengthened in our hospital through systematized teaching and online education; clinical skills, thinking and personality of clinical pharmacists could be improved through pharmaceutical ward round, interpretation of guid- ance and vocational study, etc., and then the quality of pharmacist training could be improved. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical phar- macy knowledge teaching, the systematization and standardization of the pharmaceutical ward round is beneficial for the optimiza- tion of clinical pharmacist training.
