摘要
目的调查医学PACS图像存储与传输和显示的功能及状态,验证图像相关信息(文字信息)的一致性。材料与方法将日常工作中符合DICOM3.0格式的数字图像传输到PACS系统,分别从医师用浏览器和CT工作站,阅读并判断图像信息的一致性。结果与医疗安全相关的重要信息包括医院名称、患者姓名、患者影像号、检查时间、检查部位、检察体位等基本信息,随影像信息传入PACS及从PACS导出后,均能保持信息的一致性;而一些技术性参数则在导入导出过程中会发生传输错误或丢失。结论 PACS系统、数字摄影系统及医学影像工作站间在影像附属信息的兼容性与设置存在一定程度的缺陷,而这些参数的丢失或错误有可能对诊疗过程产生影响。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the function and status of the transmission and display of PACS and to verify the consistency of image related information. Materials and Methods The digital images were transferred to the PACS and reviewed respectively with the PACS workstation and CT workstation. Results The important information related to medical safety, including the name of the hospital, patient name, patient ID, time of examination, and location and position can maintain the consistency between two kinds of workstation. Some technical parameters were errors or loss. Conclusion Some defects of the image attached information among PACS, digital photography system and medical image workstation were found and the error could influence on diagnosis and treatment process.
