摘要
以氯化血红素(Ⅰ)为原料,在甲酸-铁粉体系下,通过调节铁粉与氯化血红素的摩尔比,一步合成(2,7,12,18-四甲基-3,8-二乙基-13,17-二羧基乙基)-卟啉(双乙基次卟啉,Ⅱ)。探讨了反应过程中铁粉用量、温度、时间对目标产物(Ⅱ)合成的影响。结果表明,当铁粉和氯化血红素的摩尔比为15∶1、反应温度为120℃、反应时间为2 h时,目标产物(Ⅱ)产率达到97.6%。通过1HNMR、MS、UV-vis和IR测试技术对产物结构进行了表征。
By changing the molar ratio of Fe powder to hemin, (2,7,12,18-tetramethyl-3,8-bisethyl- 13,17-diearboxy ethyl )-porphyrin ( II ) was directly prepared from hemin ( I ) in the system of HCOOH - Fe powder. The effects of the dosage of Fe powder, temperature, and time on the yield of II were investigated. The results show that the yield of 11 reaches 97.6% when the molar ratio of Fe powder to hemin is 15:1, the temperature is 120 ℃ and the reaction time is 2 h. The target products were characterized by means of 1HNMR,MS,UV-vis and IR.
