多电机共直流母线混杂系统模型及其仿真 被引量:3

摘要 在工业生产中,为了节约能源,多台电机共用直流母线的交流传动系统被广泛采用。针对系统复杂难以建模问题,首先构造多电机共直流母线系统的广义模型;然后引入混杂系统理论,建立基于切换系统的电网整流器模型,将离散事件的活动周期图建模方法推广至混杂系统建立多电机子系统的活动周期图模型,从而得到系统整体模型,实验结果验证了所建模型的合理性。该模型为更好的开展多电机共直流母线系统的研究提供仿真平台,为系统方案的设计提供依据。 In order to save the energy,the multi-motor common DC bus AC drive system is widely adopted in industrial production.To deal with the modeling difficulties caused by the complexity of the system,a generalized model for multi-motor common DC bus system was constructed firstly.Afterward,by introducing hybrid dynamic system theory,the power grid rectifier models were established based on the switching system and an activity cycle diagram is extended for hybrid system modeling.Based on this extended activity cycle diagram,a model of multi-motors subsystem was established,and thereby the model of the whole system ws obtained.Finally,some experiments are carried out to verify the reasonableness of the proposed model.This system model built in this paper provides a simulation benchmark for researching multi-motors common DC bus systems and data reference for the design of system solution.
