基于多领域统一建模的伺服压力机仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对包含多组并联机构的精密伺服压力机存在输入输出严重非线性、驱动电机难以精确同步与控制的难题,提出采用SimulationX仿真软件平台对双点伺服压力机的机电动态响应性能进行仿真分析,以快速获取满足末端执行机构不同输出需求的驱动电机控制策略。在分析滚珠丝杆螺旋传动机构和曲柄滑块机构这两种典型机构传动特性和几何尺度关系的基础上,建立了多组机构运动特性方程,采用Modelica建模语言构建了典型传动机构的仿真模型。按照模块化建模思想,搭建了集成典型传动机构的双点伺服压力机整机机电仿真模型,在SimulationX平台上对双点伺服压力机整机模型进行了运动与同步控制仿真分析。仿真结果表明,集成滚珠丝杆螺旋传动和曲柄滑块机构的伺服压力机机电系统动态响应性能良好,运动与同步控制精确,通过仿真验证了多领域统一建模和仿真技术在双点伺服压力机综合设计中的实用性和高效性。 Aiming to the difficult problems that there is nonlinear transfer function between input and output of parallel connection mechanisms include several mechanisms and its several servo motors are difficultly control to synchronous running,an simulation approach based on SimulationX software platform satisfying to dynamic response analysis of mechanical and electrical system for dual-servo press was put forward in order to quickly gain driver motors control strategies satisfying different output needs of end effect mechanism.Based on transmission performance and geometrical size relationship of ball screw shaft transmission mechanism and crank-slider mechanism being analyzed,the motion equations including several transmission mechanisms were established.According to module modeling principle,the simulation models for dual-servo press integrating several typical transmission mechanisms were constructed using Modelica language,and the system models were simulated on SimulationX platform,and motion and synchronous control simulation analysis was finished based on SimulatongX platform.The simulation results show the dual-servo press system integrating ball screw shaft transmission mechanism and crank-slider mechanism process well dynamic respond performance.A simulation case proves that the synthetic design approach for dual-servo press employing multi-domain uniform modeling and simulation technology is practical and of high efficiency.
