摘要
针对本安型传感器存在抗干扰差、本安电源带载能力弱的问题,提出了基于电流模式控制的同步BUCK芯片AD2441的本安传感器电源电路设计和实现方案,介绍了该电源电路的抗干扰设计、本安化处理、限流启动电路设计、电源电路的硬件设计以及关键部件的选型及优化,并根据已知电源电路参数对该电路本安性能进行查表判定。电源电路抗干扰性能和带载性能测试结果表明:该电源电路具有抗干扰好、效率高、纹波小的特点,其本安性能完全满足GB 3836.2—2010要求。
According to the poor anti-interference existed in the intrinsic safe sensor and the weak loading ability problem of the intrinsic safe power, the paper provided the power circuit design and the realization plan of the AD2441 intrinsic safe sensor based on current mode controlled synchro BUCK chip.The paper introduced the anti-interference design of the power circuit,intrinsic safe treatment, current limit start-up circuit design, hardware design of the power circuit as well as the selection and optimization of the key parts.According to the available parameters of the power circuit, a table-look-up judgment was conducted on the intrinsic safe performances of the circuit. Relevant measurement and tests were conducted on the anti-interference performances and loading ability performances of the power circuit. The measuring and test results showed that the power circuit could have the features of good anti -interference, high efficiency and small ripple and the intrinsic safe performances could fully meet the requirements of GB 3836.4--2010.
