摘要
以菜籽油、大豆油、茶籽油、棉籽油、花生油等5类食用植物油为研究对象,通过气质连用技术(GC-MS)技术并结合共有模式法与矢量平均法,建立了这5类食用植物油标准脂肪酸指纹图谱,同时对其进行了相似度分析。研究结果表明:所建立的食用植物油标准脂肪酸指纹图谱能够反映同类油脂共同特性,同时也能反映不同类油脂之间的差异。研究结果可以为食用植物油脂的产品质量控制和掺假检测提供理论依据。
Five kinds of vegetable oils ( colleseed oil, soybean oil, tea - seed oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil) were used as the study objects in this paper, Fatty Acids Standard Fingerprints of five kinds of vegetable oils were established by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) technology combined with shared fatty acids and average vector. Research results showed : The established each of fatty acids standard fingerprints of five kinds of vegetable oils might represent the common characteristics of a kind of vegetable oils; meanwhile, the significantly difference among fatty acids standard fingerprints of five kinds of vegetable oils was reflected. The research result could provide theoretical basis for products quality control and adulterate detection of edible vegetable oil and fat.
