在职护理研究生参与模拟毕业答辩体验的研究 被引量:1

摘要 【摘要】目的探讨在职护理研究生参与模拟毕业答辩的真实感受,为在职护理研究生教育改革提供依据。方法运用现象学中的深度访谈法,对15名在职护理研究生进行半结构式访谈,现场录音和笔录,对转录的访谈资料进行三级编码,归纳主题。结果访谈者参与模拟答辩的感受主要有:对论文的认识—一从模糊到理解全文,对护理科研设计的认识—一从把握论文中的研究过程到凝练重点,对参与现场毕业答辩的感受——从焦虑、紧张到从容应对,整体上提升了科研能力。结论模拟毕业答辩可作为长效机制运行,但需不断完善和发展。, Objective To describe the part-time postgraduates real feelings during participating in simulative graduation dissertations, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing postgraduates education. Methods 15 part-time nursing postgraduates were surveyed by using deep half-structural interviews and were recorded, noted during the whole interviews. Data were analyzed by coding step by step. Results The primary feelings of the participants included: gradually understanding the thesis more deeply, grasping and refining the major points of the whole process of research,experiencing anxious and calm during preparing for simulative graduation oral examinations. Their capacities for scientific research were improved generally. Conclusions Simulative graduation dissertation should be developed as a longrun system and be perfected during the course of application.
