摘要
在综合分析省际分配考虑因素和原则的基础上,运用DEA模型构建了适合于我国的大气污染物总量减排指标省际分配方法,并以2010年统计数据为例计算,得出最终分配方案表明,该方法是一种客观公正定量的分配方法,体现了分配的效率性,考虑了区域差异性和改善环境空气质量的原则,为我国总量控制工作提供了一定参考。
