摘要
本文简要回顾了"中国原材料出口限制"案的过程,研究分析了世贸仲裁结果,探讨了在WTO规则下我国国内政策所存在的缺陷,提出了在世贸框架下加强我国环境与贸易政策协调性的政策建议,为我国应对稀土贸易争端提供决策参考。
This paper reviews the process of ＂Chinese restrictions on raw materials exports＂ Act. After analyzing the arbitrating of WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism, the paper finds out the defects of the domestic policies under the WTO rules, puts forward some suggestions on trade and environment policies to make China＇ s practices consistent with WTO rules, and proposes some enlightenments for Chinese Rare earth trade dispute.
