本文论述了低碳化城镇建设的必要性,分析了目前浙江省城建基础设施存在的高能耗、高污染、低效率、低回收等问题,构建了浙江省城镇基础设施低碳化建设的指标体系,提出了打造浙江省低碳化城镇基础设施建设重要对策。

The paper expounds the necessity of low carbon urban construction, and analyzes the current urban infrastructure construction problems of high energy consumption, high pollution, low efficiency, low recovery and other issues in Zhejiang Province. It builds a low carbon urban infrastructure construction index system in Zhejiang Province, and puts forward important countermeasures to build low carbon urban infrastructure construction in Zhejiang Province.
