摘要
以国内外基于SF6气体分解产物的SF6电气设备故障判断标准和规范为依据,对某避雷器典型缺陷案例进行综合分析。通过现场SF6气体分解产物组分检测和实验室气相色谱检测,判断避雷器内部存在潜伏性放电故障;通过解体检查,确认产生缺陷的原因是金属连接垫片的制造工艺不良;设备内部粉末的元素分析进一步说明发生局部放电的部位为绝缘杆、氧化锌电阻片和金属连接垫片。
In accordance with standards and regulations for fault judegement for SF6 electrical equipment based on SF6 decomposition product at home and abroad, this paper analyzes typical defect case of one arrester. By detecting components of SF6 decomposition product on the scene and gas chromatography in the laboratory, it determines existence of latent discharge fault inside the arrester. By decomposition check, it verifies reason for the defect is bad manufacturing technique of metal connecting shim. Analysis on elements of powder inside the equipment further explains parts where partial discharge appears include insulating bar, zinc oxide resistor disc and metal connecting shim.
