摘要
随着电力企业的深化改革,电力设备的检修工作由状态检修代替定期检修是势在必行的。为此,结合专家系统的优势和多种故障诊断算法的综合分析技术,设计了智能化的电力设备状态检修系统。该系统主要由数据管理、状态评价、风险评估、故障诊断、监测预警和决策建议等模块组成,各模块之间既独立又互相联系。对系统开发过程中所遇到的主要问题及其解决方案进行了详细的介绍。最后,提出状态评价如何利用专家系统知识库和推理机进行全面的评价,故障诊断如何采用综合分析技术进行科学的诊断是该系统开发的难题。
With deep reform of electric power enterprises, it is imperative to replace periodic maintenance by condition maintenance. Thereby, this paper designs one intelligentized electric power equipment condition-based maintenance system by combining advantages of expert system and comprehensive analysis technologies of various fault diagnosis algorithms. This system composes of several modules including data management module, condition evaluation module, risk evaluation module, fault diagnosis module, monitoring alarm module and suggestion to decision-making module. Each module is independent but connected with another one. It introduces main problems in developing the system and analyzes related solutions. At last, it proposes to use expert system knowledge base and inference engine to proceed overall estimation for condition evaluation and points out how to use comprehensive analysis technology for scientific fault diagnosis is the challenge in development of this system.
