西江苗寨位于贵州省雷山县西江镇,自20世纪80年代由相对比较封闭的状态对外开放以来,吸引了来自全国乃至世界各地的学者和游客,很多人为西江的魅力所折服,同时以"他者"的视域从各种角度试图解开西江苗族神秘的面纱。

Xijiang Miao Minority Village is located in Xijiang Town of Lei Shan County in GuiZhou Province. Since the 1980s, its opening the door to the outside, so that the relatively closed environ- ment has changed. It has attracted the scholars and tourists who are from home and abroad. Many peo- ple captivated by the charming of Xijiang Miao Minority Village , meanwhile, by ＂the other＂ identity they are trying to unlock the mysterious veil of this place according to a variety of angles.
