清代云贵总督张广泗在黔东南所实施的疏通清水江、屯军垦殖、设立场市等措施,为清水江流域之木材采运贸易做出了巨大贡献。

Zhang Guangsi, the Guizhou governor of Qing Dynasty, took all kinds of measures such as dredging Qingshui River, troop-stationing, and reclamation, etc. in Qiandongnan. Zhang made great congtribution to timber trade in Qingshui River.
