随着经济全球化的不断深入发展,企业并购已风靡全球。目前,在市场全球化的影响下,跨国并购越来越多,金额越来越大,成为很多企业扩大规模、进行资本运作的重要途径和抵抗风险、面对挑战的一种手段。从并购财务风险角度研究企业并购活动存在的风险,并针对企业并购中财务风险可能的诱因,分析风险防范的措施。

With the development of economic globalization, corporate mergers and have spread around the world. At present, under the influence of market globalization, transnational mergers have become more and more with large amounts of money. The present paper makes an attempt to analyze the finan- cial risks of corporate mergers and proposes some preventive measures.
