摘要
林语堂认为 ,中国传统文化是阴柔型的 ,它直接影响着中国人的思维方式和群体性格。阴柔文化根本优胜但又容易产生流弊 ,既是顽强的生命力和高超的生存智慧等的哲学根据 ,又与专制政治和奴性等结下了不解之缘 ,于是就产生了很奇特很矛盾的中国人 。
LIN Yu-tang holds that Chinese culture is feminine and tender in nature,which directly influences the Chinese mode of thinking and social characteristics.This feminine and tender culture has its basic superiority,but it easily leads to abuses.This kind of culture is not only the philosophical basis of indomitable vitality and super wisdom for existence,but also has predestined relationship with autocracy,servility.Thus,it produces very peculiar and contradictory Chinese character and creates a very peculiar and contradictory Chinese nation.
