网球运动缓解大学生心理压力的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究对南京铁道职业技术学院和沈阳体育学院的120名学生进行了为期三个月的实验,并在实验前后运用北京师范大学运动与健康学院殷恒婵教授在2006年编制的《完整版大学生压力测量问卷》对学生的压力水平进行了测量。研究结果表明,三个月的网球训练后,网球运动组的样本压力水平要远远低于参与其他运动组和不参加运动组的样本的个人压力水平。因此,我们可以推断网球运动具有非常好的减压作用。 A three-month study of 120 students of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College, Shenyang Institute of Physical Education experiments before and after the experiment to use the “full version students'pres- sure measurement questionnaire prepared by the Sports and Health College of Beijing Normal University YIN Heng-chan in 2006, Professor measurement of the pressure level of the student. The results showed that the tennis training after three months, the sample pressure level of the tennis group is much lower than in other sports groups and individuals that do not participate in the exercise group sample pressure level. Therefore, we can infer that tennis have a very good decompression.
