摘要
本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从体育强国的战略出发,根据第二十三届到第三十届夏季奥运会我国体育代表队所取得的成绩,对优势项目、潜优势项目以及其它项目做出了整理与分析,旨在为我国竞技体育可持续发展提供参考。主要结论:优化竞技体育项目格局,实现均衡发展;完善与创新竞技体育举国体制;竞技体育与群众体育协调发展;坚持改革开放,推动竞技体育"走出去、引进来"战略;鼓励科技创新,促进竞技体育科学化发展;创建"三多"竞技体育后备人才培养体系,效仿国外足球的"拉玛西亚青训营"的运作模式;稳步推进竞技体育职业化、市场化、产业化等。
Through using the method of literature review, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, starting from the sports powerful nation strategy, based on best performance obtained by Chinese delegation from 23th to 30th Olympic Games, this paper made analysis on advantage events and potential advantage events. The main pur- pose is to provide the reference for China competitive sports sustainable development. The result shows that we should optimize the pattern of competitive sports race and realize a balanced development; improve and innovate the system of competitive sports and achieve a coordinated development of athletic sports and mass sports; persist in reform and opening up policy to promote ＂going out, bringing in＂ strategy of competitive sports; encourage sci- ence and technology innovation to boost a scientific progress of competitive sports ; establish a ＂multilayer, multi- stage, muhimode＂ training system of reserve talents in competitive sports and follow the foreign football ＂La Mar- cia Academy＂ operation mode; steadily promote the competitive sports to professionalization, marketization and in- dustrialization, etc.
