摘要
主要运用教学实验法和测量统计法,以宿迁学院2011级两个大学体育选修班为研究对象,对渗透式心理健康教育模式运用在大学体育教学中进行实证研究。首先构建教学模式,再选取实验组和对照组进行实证教学实验,最后对实验结果进行比较分析,进一步验证在大学体育教学中渗透心理健康教育能够有效地提升学生的身心健康水平,体育与学生心理健康教育结合是今后完善学校体育改革的发展方向。
Mainly by using the method of teaching experiment and survey statistics, taking Suqian college at grade 2011 two college sports elective class as the research object, the pervasive mental health education mode used in college sports teaching for empirical research. For constructing teaching mode, then select the experimental group and the control group the teaching experiments, the experimental results for comparative analysis, further valida- tion in the college sports teaching to penetrate psychological health education can effectively improve students" physical and mental health, physical education and students'psychological health education is the perfect combina- tion of school physical education reform development direction.
