浅谈聊城市中职院校体育教学现状及对策

Analysis on Physical Education Condition of Secondary Vocational Schools in Liaocheng

目前中职学校体育教学中存在很多问题,主要表现在:教材与大纲不适应实际需求;部分体育教师职业倦怠情绪较严重;学生体育认知能力不高,教学组织困难;学生体育技能项目掌握较少。改变这种状况的措施主要有:更新教材内容,探寻适合本校的教材体系;提高教师素质与认识水平;让学生体会成功,激发对体育课的兴趣;评价手段多样化。

At present, there are many problems in the teaching of physical education in secondary vocational schools, mainly displays in the teaching materials and syllabus does not meet the practical needs, part of physical education teachers＇ emotional occupation burnout is serious, the ability of students＇awareness of sports is not high, teaching is difficulties, students mastering the sports skills is less. The main measures to change this situation in- clude update teaching content, look for the school teaching material system, improve the quality of teachers and the level of understanding, let the students experience success, stimulate interest in physical education and evalu- ation method diversification.
