摘要
设计一种水田除草机株间除草装置,介绍该机构总体结构设计与工作原理,对其传动过程进行分析。重点说明株间除草弹齿软轴驱动系统的设计思路,提出以钢丝软轴为主要部件的柔性传动方式,既简化了传动系统,又提高了作业效率与效果。
A paddy weeding machine was designed. This article examines the overall structure design and working principle of the ma- chine and makes analysis on it transmission process, focusing on weeding seedlings of native spring-tooth flexible shaft drive system, and the design and research on the transmission line. A flexible transmission mode was proposed with a wire flexible shaft as the main com- ponent, which can simplify the driving system, and improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
