环形构件的锻造成型工艺与过程模拟研究

摘要 摒除环形构件的传统加工成型方法,对环形构件的成型新工艺进行研究。采用模拟试验的方法,用DEFORM软件对锻造过程进行模拟。模拟结果表明,工件和模具间的界面面积对成型过程有很大影响;金属更趋向于流入界面面积较小的轴线方向;新锻造技术比传统加工方法表现出更大优势。 The purpose of this study is to find a new way for forging ring shape work piece rather than using traditional machining method. Simulation tests have been carried out using the DEFORM software to simulate the ring forging process. The analogue results have been compared with the forming process craft parameters. It was found that the interface area between work piece and die has great influence on the forming process. The metal would rather flow in the axis direction with less interface area. Optimum ring forging technique shows greater advantage than the traditional machining method.
