为更加充分地整合水务信息资源,实现各部门的协同工作,结合大连市水务现代化建设的具体要求,提出水务现代化体系构建的具体内容和现阶段水务规划的新思路和新措施,为新时期的水务综合规划或专业规划提供参考。
In order to fully integrate water information resources and to achieve coordination of all departments, the author defines the specific content of the construction of modern water system in light of the specific requirements of modern water construction in Dalian City and proposes new ideas and new measures in this respect in a bid to provide reference for the comprehensive and professional water planning in the new period.
