摘要
通过对辽宁省2012年汛期降水量、河流洪水及灾害情况进行总体描述,分析洪水及灾情的主要特点,探讨引起洪水灾害的主要原因,并据此得出结论及提出建议,为防灾减灾工作提供参考。
This article reviews the amount of precipitation in flood season of 2012, river flood and disaster situation in Liaoning province, makes analysis on the main characteristics of flood and disaster, and the main reasons for flood disaster, and puts forward the conclusion and suggestions in a bid to provide reference for disaster prevention and reduction.
