基层农业技术推广机构是我国农业技术推广工作的重要力量。阐述近几年基层农业技术推广机构的发展现状及存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题,从管理、用人、工作方法、基础建设等方面对基层农业技术推广机构提出发展建议。

Grass-root agricultural technology extension organization is an important force in the work of agro-technical popularization in China. This paper expounds on the development situation in recent years of grass-roots agricultural technology extension organizations and the main existing problems, and in the light of these problems, development suggestions were put forward from the aspects of management, staff enrolment, work methods, and infrastructure construction.
