慢性肾脏病患者舒张性心衰发病机制和诊疗进展 被引量：5

摘要 舒张性心衰（DHF）,又叫射血分数正常的心力衰竭,是指患者有心力衰竭（HF）的症状和体征,左室收缩功能正常或基本正常,但有舒张功能障碍（DD）的证据（例如左室充盈异常和充盈压升高）。最近的研究显示,DHF比低射血分数的HF更常见。
