Interpretation of "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia in China"

为规范我国成人失眠的诊断与治疗,中华医学会神经病学分会睡眠障碍学组邀请相关专家经多次研讨,最终形成《中国成人失眠诊断与治疗指南》(《指南》)。该《指南》既遵循循证医学原则,又兼顾我国国情,可以作为一部实用性和权威性兼具的临床失眠诊断与治疗范本供临床医师参考。本文将就《指南》制定过程中囿于篇幅限制未尽事宜和一些可能存在分歧的问题进行解释和说明。

In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia in China, the sleep disorder study group of Chinese Medical Association Neuropathy Branch invited experts to discuss the issue repeatedly and compile the ＂Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia in China＂. The guideline was written on the basis of the principle of evidence-based medicine and also in consideration of our national conditionsl It can be used as a practical and authoritative model of clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia for clinicians to refer. This article will illustrate some unstated problems due to space limitation and some differences of opinion that may exist in the guideline.
