绿化是和谐人与自然关系的调节器，南京的自然地理、经济人文特征决定了人居对优良绿化环境的高依存度。城市，尤其是居民小区绿化的种、管、养，需着眼于体制和机制的创新，着力于人居健康生境的缔造，并从资金、政策等方面予以支撑。

Afforestation is the regulator to harmonize the relation between human being and nature. Charasteristic of Nanjing physical geography, economical humanity determine that housing is with high degree dependent - existance to the good afforestation environment; City, especially the planting, managing, and maintaining of organization system and structural mechanism, have to put forth the effort to the founding of healthy housing living environment; and give support to the fund and policy.
