摘要
选用混合单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MA) -丙烯腈 (AN)、混合交联剂二乙烯苯 (DVB) -三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯 (TAIC)、混合致孔剂甲苯 -汽油和混合引发剂偶氮二异丁腈 (AIBN) -过氧化苯甲酰(BPO) ,经悬浮共聚、稀酸水解工艺可制得一种性能优良的大孔丙烯酸系弱酸阳离子交换树脂 ,使该类树脂的性能得到改进和提高。
A kind of excellent macroporous acrylic weakly acidic cation exchange resin is prepared by pearl copolymerization of a mixture of methyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, trially lisocyanurate , divinylbenzene and mixed chemical initiators, and then the hydrolysis of the copolymerized pearl with thin solution of sulfuric acid. The main properties of this product are improved and the resin is better than the same type of the current commercial products by some extent.
