摘要 目的探讨64排多层螺旋CT血管成像技术在主动脉夹层累及主动脉分支机理。方法选取我院CT检查典型主动脉夹层共38例,观察AD分型、主动脉受累分支及破口情况;结果 38例AD患者中,A型22例,B型16例;主动脉累及分支111支,其中完全来源于假腔70支,完全来源于真、假腔40支;显示内膜破口40个;结论主动脉受累分支与内膜破口表现出相关性,可能与脉动血压有关。 Objective Discussion of 64 Multi-Slice Spiral CT angiography in aortic dissec- tion involving the aortic bifurcation of mechanism. Method Select our hospital CT examina- tion of classic aortic dissection of 38 cases, observation of the AD typing, aortic branches involvement and crevasse situation. Result In 38 AD patients,22 cases of type A, type B in 16 cases: aortic involvement of branchl 11, which is derived entirely from the false lumen70, is derived entirely from the true, false lumen showed intimal40:40 show the intimal tear. Conclusion Aorta branch and intimal demonstrate the relevance, may be associated with pulsatile blood pressure related,
