摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT多模式重建技术在颈椎骨折、脱位的应用价值。方法对颈椎损伤的病例,采用16排或64排螺旋CT进行容积扫描,然后薄层重建,并应用工作站进行VR、MIP、MPR等重建技术进行综合观察。结果 92例中,56例颈椎骨折,24例为颈椎骨折合并脱位;12例为颈椎脱位;2例漏诊。结论 MSCT多模式重建可清晰显示颈椎骨折、脱位的局部及立体直观情况,也能显示游离骨块及椎管的关系,诊断准确率达97.83%,对临床治疗具有重要指导价值,怀疑急性颈椎损伤的患者应首选多排螺旋CT检查。 Objective To research the application value of the multi-modes reconstruction technology of Multi-Slice CT for cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation. Method Apply 16 or 64 Multi-Slice CT for volume scanning in cervical vertebra injury cases, then reconstruct with lamella, and take advantage of workstation to proceed cornprehensive observation for reconstruction technology for VR, MIP, MPR and etc. Result In 92 cases, 56 cases for cervical vertebra fiacture, 24 cases for cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation, 12 cases for cervical vertebra dislocation, 2 cases for missed diagnosis. Conclusion Multi-modes reconstruction of MSCT can display clearly partial and three-dimensional visual condition of cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation, and display the relation between dissociate bones and vertebral canals. Diagnose accuracy is 97.83%. There is great guiding value for clinical treatment. Therefore, Multi-Slice CT Examination shall be the first choice for suspected acute cervical vertebra injury patients.
